par and further decreasing after a phase 2 action at the Google
Pagerank Lab.Lets have a look at who are the blogs that are doing the
right techniques in the Link Popularity section,who are on par with
their older pagerank and some naughty blogs that had done something
evil,resulting the Google Pagerank guys to demote them further
